Is this the biggest cycle route sign in the UK?

Wide build outs where this very wide section of coastal road has been severely narrowed to accommodate a car storage area. The shared use cycleway sign at right pleads for cyclists to slow down and give way, see #36318.

No Cycling on what looks like a useful and wide enough link.

This is National Cycle Network route 1. Cyclists on this shared use pavement are confined to the pavement edge, where they have to negotiate the traffic signs.
